How far in advance should I book your services?
For wedding photography and videography, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For other events and portrait sessions, 2-4 weeks notice is usually sufficient, but availability may vary during peak seasons.
Do you travel for photography sessions?
Yes, we serve the greater Michigan area and are available for travel nationwide and internationally. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
How long does it take to receive the final images?
For portrait sessions, you can expect your edited photos within 1-2 weeks. For weddings and larger events, delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Do you provide raw, unedited files?
No, we don't provide raw, unedited files. Our editing process is an essential part of our artistry and service. We carefully select and edit each image to ensure the highest quality final product.
What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the event. For portrait sessions, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes, we offer seasonal mini sessions throughout the year. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming mini session dates.
