Terms of Service

Booking Process

• All bookings require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer
• Retainer amounts are typically 50% of the total package price
• Remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event date
• Dates are not reserved until contract and retainer are received

Payment Terms

• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Payment plans may be available for larger packages
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue balances
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

Client Cancellations

• Retainer fees are non-refundable in all circumstances
• Cancellations more than 60 days before the event: Additional payments may be refunded
• Cancellations within 60 days: No refund of additional payments
• Rescheduling may be possible subject to availability and fees

Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative solutions. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Copyright Ownership

Right Hand Studios retains copyright ownership of all photographs and videos created. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement.

Client Usage Rights

• Personal use and sharing with family and friends
• Social media posting with photographer credit
• Print reproduction for personal use
• Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement

Portfolio and Marketing Use

Right Hand Studios reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless specifically restricted by client agreement.
